New Year's Eve Six-Course Dinner & Pairings (6:00 PM)

Persepshen focuses on local organic sustainability. This special New Years Eve Dinner gives our guests the opportunity to not only enjoy Arizona’s bounty, but to hear first hand from our local ranchers, growers, wine makers, brewers, and coffee roasters why “local” is so impactful.

For each course we will showcase an ingredient and give our guest speakers the opportunity to share what they do and why its meaningful. This year we have invited some of our many favorites from Arizona to speak on their practices. Here is a list to follow.

We will start the event at 6:00 pm with “cocktail hour” on our patio where Chef will present the first course from the wood fired oven military trailer.
